Oven Fried Chicken Breast(Very Low Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless breasts
    1/2 c. nonfat yogurt
    3/4 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Wash and dry chicken.
    Lightly salt and pepper (to taste). Dip each piece in yogurt.
    Dredge in crumbs.
    Lightly spray a cooking sheet with Pam.
    Place chicken on cooking sheet and lightly spray each piece of chicken with Pam.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes, turning once to ensure even cooking.
