Rosemary Linguini(Heart Healthy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. linguini, cooked al dente
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 jar artichoke hearts, washed and drained
    1/2 c. green olives, halved
    1 can tomato chunks or pieces
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. rosemary
    1 tsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. pepper spice mix
    1/4 c. minced onion, sauteed in 1 Tbsp. butter
    3 fresh garlic cloves, minced and sauteed in 1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cook linguini in boiling water.
    Drain.
    Toss with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, rosemary, basil, pepper spice, onion, garlic, parsley, artichoke hearts, olives and tomatoes until well mixed. Serve hot immediately.
