Beverly'S Pineapple-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained, but hold 3 Tbsp. juice
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation

Add pineapple and 3 tablespoons pineapple juice.
In bowl mix everything, except margarine and cracker crumbs.
Pour into greased pie pan or dish.
