Ingredients

1/4 c. grapefruit juice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. large marshmallows
2 c. grapefruit pulp
1 graham cracker pie crust
Preparation

Heat 1/4 cup grapefruit juice.
Do not boil.
Dissolve marshmallows in juice.
Put a few in at a time and stir constantly. Remove from heat after marshmallows are all dissolved.
Stir in grapefruit pulp.
Pour into graham cracker crust.
Refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
Can top with Cool Whip, if desired.
