Company Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 cubes butter or margarine
1 large curl vermicelli
2 c. rice
4 1/2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Brown vermicelli in a large saucepan in the melting butter, stirring constantly.
Stir rice into butter.
Add boiling water to rice and cook for 20 minutes on low to medium until water is gone.
