Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 doz. wings
    1 small bottle soy sauce (5 oz.)
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. hot mustard
    2 dashes garlic salt or powder
Preparation
    Marinate wings in listed ingredients (which have been mixed in blender) for about 2 hours.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 1/2 hours, turning and basting with marinade.
    Crisp in broiler briefly, if desired.
