Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 small bell pepper, chopped fine
    1/2 small sweet onion, chopped fine
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix cheese, pineapple, pepper, onion, salt and half of the nuts and shape into a ball.
    Roll ball in remaining nuts.
    Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
    Serve with crackers
