Spinach Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 to 12 pieces sesame or whole wheat lasagne noodles
    1 lb. fresh or frozen chopped spinach (if fresh, no stems)
    1 lb. soft tofu or Ricotta cheese
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    3 egg whites
    1 lb. fat-free soy Mozzarella or plain Mozzarella
    26 oz. jar spaghetti sauce (1/2 c. will be used; 1/4 c. and 1/4 c. in final steps)
Preparation
    Boil until tender the lasagne noodles (about 10 minutes). Prepare filling by mixing tofu that has been mashed, Parmesan, 3 egg whites and spinach that has been steamed and drained very well.
    Add spaghetti sauce to mixture except 1/2 cup.
