Corn Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. corn meal
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 beaten egg
3/4 c. milk
9 hot dogs

Preparation

Combine milk, egg, salt and mustard.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to milk and egg mixture.
Mix well.
Dip wieners into batter and fry in deep fat.
Makes about 9 corn dogs.
