Chocolate Revel Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. brown sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. quick rolled oats
    1 can (15 oz.) Eagle Brand milk
    1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream together margarine and brown sugar.
    Add eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, soda and salt; add oats.
    Stir flour mixture into creamed mixture.
    In a heavy saucepan melt together milk, chocolate chips, margarine and salt.
    Stir until smooth; stir in nuts and vanilla.
    Pat 2/3 oat mixture in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Spread chocolate mixture over dough.
    Dot with remaining oat mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
