Coffee Gelatin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee
    1 envelope plain gelatin
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Stir together and pour 2 cups boiling water over mixture. Stir until gelatin is dissolved.
    Stir in 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla. Refrigerate until firm (about 2 hours).
