Spicy Cornbread Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn meal
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 egg whites
    1/4 c. picante sauce
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 (8 oz.) c. plain yogurt
Preparation
    Combine first 4 in bowl.
    Make a well in center.
    Combine eggs and next 3 items.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Stir until moistened. Spoon into muffin pans that have been coated with cooking spray. Fill 2/3 full.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    There are 115 calories per muffin.
