Euna'S Sweet Potato Casserole(Very Good!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. cooked, mashed potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Combine potatoes, beaten egg, sugar, margarine, milk and spices.
Beat until smooth.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
