Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Delicious apples, pared and chopped
    2 c. granulated sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place apples in bowl and cover with 1 cup sugar, stirring to mix.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Blend remaining sugar and eggs; add oil and vanilla.
    Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Add this to egg mixture.
    Fold in apples.
    Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
    Bake about 1 hour and 25 minutes.
    Do not open oven door while baking.
