Strawberry Freeze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 sq.) pkg. graham crackers
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. melted butter
    2 egg whites
    16 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    6 oz. container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Crush crackers, mix in sugar and butter.
    Press into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass pan.
    In a large electric mixer bowl, beat egg whites, strawberries, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice.
    Beat for 20 minutes; fold in Cool Whip.
    Pour over crust and freeze.
    Let stand at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving.
