Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1 egg
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Drain salmon; keep 2 teaspoons of juice.
    Add juice to all the other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Spoon by tablespoonful into hot oil.
    Fry until golden brown on both sides.
