Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin
    2/3 c. water
    1 c. Wesson or corn oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. white sugar
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Beat eggs, oil and pumpkin for 3 minutes, then add dry ingredients and beat 5 minutes.
    Fill 3 loaf pans half full.
    Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with whipped cream or cream cheese.
