Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
    3 c. herb stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    6 eggs, well beaten
    3/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. ground pepper
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Combine spinach with remaining ingredients, mixing well.
    Form into 1-inch balls.
    Place on baking sheet and freeze.
    When frozen, remove from sheet and place in plastic freezer bags.
    Keep frozen until ready to use.
