Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 can coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Beat butter, sugar and eggs.
    Stir in coconut, vanilla and buttermilk.
    Spoon into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
