Shrimp Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. shrimp
    2 cans tomato sauce
    2 large onions
    2 cloves garlic
    Creole seasoning
    2 sticks margarine
    2 small bell peppers
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Saute onions, garlic and bell pepper in butter in large pot. Add tomato sauce, 2 cans water, shrimp and Creole seasoning. Simmer 1 hour.
    Thicken with cornstarch and serve over rice.
