Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. tomatoes
4 c. chopped onions
2 c. peppers (1 c. hot, 1 c. not)
2 1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. canning salt
3 Tbsp. minced garlic
4 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. cumin seed
1 tsp. alum
1 can tomato paste
Preparation

Cook all ingredients 1 1/2 hours.
Makes about 12 pints.
