Gourmet Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground chuck
1 1/2 lb. ground pork
1 large onion
1 large green pepper
3 large stalks celery
1 large carrot
1/2 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. horseradish
2 c. stale bread, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. Coleman dry mustard
1 Tbsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Cut onion, celery and green pepper into small dice.
Coarsely grate carrots.
Add to ground meats, along with ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, eggs, salt, black pepper, chili powder, mustard, paprika, horseradish and Tabasco sauce.
Mix well by using your hands.
