Corn Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
1 can creamed corn
1 can undrained corn
2 beaten eggs
1 box corn muffin mix
1 c. sour cream (small container)
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add all ingredients in greased casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
