Mexican Cheese Wedges(Makes 2 Cups) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar (8 oz.)
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. softened butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped green chiles
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    flour tortillas
Preparation
    Combine cheese, sour cream and butter; beat until smooth. Stir in chiles and pimiento.
    Spread on fresh flour tortillas. Top with another flour tortilla to make sandwich.
    Cut in wedges and serve with salsa or guacamole.
    Makes 2 cups.
