Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. bacon grease
    1 large chopped onion
    1 to 2 jalapeno peppers
    1 c. self-rising meal
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. canned corn
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
