Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 boxes \"sea shell\" macaroni, cooked, drained and cooled
    1 large green pepper, diced
    4 grated carrots
    1 small onion, diced
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sugar or 4 slight tsp. Sweet 'N Low
    1 1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
    In another bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients.
    Mix all these ingredients well and add to the macaroni mixture.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Keep well for up to a week.
