Crab Moose - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. crab meat
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. cold water
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Knox unflavored gelatin
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Chop (finely) celery and onion.
Sprinkle lemon juice over crab meat.
Heat cream cheese and soup until warm; do not allow to boil.
Dissolve gelatin in 1 tablespoon cold water and combine with soup mixture to heat.
