Crisp Little Lemon Cookies("Easy As Pie" Cookies!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. \"pudding in the mix\" lemon cake mix
    1 c. Rice Krispies
    1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine or butter, melted
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Shape into 1-inch balls, pressing firmly.
    Place on ungreased baking sheets 2-inches apart.
    Bake 9 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown around edges.
    Cool 1 minute and remove from sheets.
    Mmm!
    Even better when iced with lemon frosting!
