Fresh Soft-Serve Banana Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small or 2 large very ripe bananas
    3 to 4 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Slice bananas and freeze in a single layer for several hours until firm.
    If not ready to use, put in a freezer bag.
    Keep no more than a couple of days.
    When ready to serve, put frozen bananas in food processor until chopped and grainy but still frozen.
    Add milk, a little at a time and process until smooth and creamy like frozen custard.
    Do not add too much milk or process too long or mixture will become too soft.
    You may add a little confectioners sugar while processing, if you desire; 95 calories per serving.
    Yields 3 servings.
    Eat immediately after making.
