Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cube butter or margarine
    1 c. raw rice
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 can beef consomme
Preparation
    Brown rice until golden.
    Butter casserole.
    Add rice mixture and soups.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Before done, stir.
