Honey-Gingered Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

2 3/4 lb. pork tenderloin
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. oyster sauce
2 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. minced fresh ginger root
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. catsup
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Place tenderloin in an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Combine honey and next 9 ingredients, stirring well.
Pour over tenderloin. Cover and marinate in refrigerate 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
