Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. rhubarb, diced
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream the sugar, shortening and egg. Add milk and flour alternately. Put into a 9 x 13-inch well-greased pan.
