Easy Bake Skins - cooking recipe

large Idaho baking potatoes
melted butter
salt
coarsely ground black pepper
onion or garlic salt
Preparation

Prick potatoes with fork before baking.
Bake the potatoes until soft (do not wrap in foil or grease).
Scoop out almost all of the potato, but leave a little on the peel.
(If you leave too much, they will not be crisp.)
