Hawaiian Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 chicken wings, cut in pieces
1 egg
flour, salt and pepper
1/2 c. drippings from chicken
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 to 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
garlic powder to taste
1/2 to 3/4 small can crushed pineapple and juice
cooking wine, if desired
Preparation

Cut chicken wings in pieces, discard tip of wing or can use other pieces of chicken, e.g., thighs and legs.
Beat one egg. Season flour with salt and pepper.
Dip each piece of chicken in egg, then in flour.
Deep fry until golden brown, remove from grease, drain and place in casserole.
Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over chicken.
Do not cover.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes or so.
This is good.
