Basic Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
    3/4 c. shredded cheese
    3/4 c. chopped cooked drained vegetable, meat or poultry
    6 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. herb seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sprinkle cheese and vegetables on pie shell.
    Beat together remaining ingredients until well blended.
    Pour over cheese and vegetables.
    Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven until knife inserted near center comes out clean, almost 30 to 40 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Serves 6.
