Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. spinach egg noodles
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 lb. chicken breasts (deli)
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
    1 tsp. dried tarragon leaves
    1/2 tsp. each: white and red pepper
    1 c. butter-flavored crackers
    2 tsp. poppy seed
    6 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, cook noodles.
    Drain cooked noodles and toss with olive oil.
    Place noodles in two 7 x 11-inch greased glass baking dishes, spreading noodles up sides of dishes.
