Microwave Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild bulk sausage (turkey or pork)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (2 oz.) jar mushrooms, drained
    1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimiento, drained
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place sausage in 12 x 8-inch microwavable dish.
    Microwave on High for 6 to 7 minutes, stirring well after 3 minutes.
    Add onion, green pepper and celery.
    Microwave on High for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain grease.
    Stir rice into mixture.
    Add soups, mushrooms and pimiento.
    Cover and microwave on High for 5 to 7 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and microwave an additional 1 to 2 minutes on High.
