Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef tips, cut in cubes
    2 or 3 small cans beef gravy
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. red or white wine
    salt, pepper, onions and mushrooms as desired
Preparation
    Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce on cubes, then cover with flour and braise in a fairly deep pot until browned.
    Add some water, then gravy.
    Bring to a boil and allow to simmer with mushrooms, onions and seasoning for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
