Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans white hominy, drained
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and bake in casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Add cheese as desired and bake uncovered for another 15 minutes.
