Ingredients

3 lb. stew meat
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can beef broth
3 large peeled and sliced carrots
1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can whole onions, drained
1 (16 oz.) can small peas
1 (16 oz.) can peeled tomatoes
1 c. water
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. Minute tapioca
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 bay leaf
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large, covered crock-pot.
Cook for 8 to 10 hours on low.
Serves 8 to 12.
Freezes well.
