Diabetic Angel Macaroons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. one step angel food cake mix
1/2 c. sugar-free strawberry flavored carbonated beverage
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract
2 c. unsweetened coconut
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil.
In large bowl, beat cake mix, carbonated beverage and extracts on low speed for about 30 seconds, then at medium speed for 1
minute, scraping sides of bowl.
Fold in coconut and nuts.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto foil-lined baking sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool and store in airtight containers.
