Shrimp Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (5 1/2 oz.) cans shrimp
6 celery stalks, chopped finely
4 green onions, chopped finely
1/2 green pepper, chopped finely
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
8 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Preparation

Bind together with mayonnaise.
Pile on halved English muffins.
Broil 2 minutes.
