Vanilla Snaps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream shortening.
Add sugar and beaten egg and cream well. Add vanilla and milk.
Sift dry ingredients and add to first mixture.
Thoroughly chill.
Toss 1/4 of dough on floured board and roll as thin as possible.
