1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1/3 lemon juice (concentrate)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust or pastry shell
Preparation

In mixer bowl beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in Eagle Brand milk until smooth.
Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour in prepared crust.
Chill for 3 hours.
Top with your favorite fruit.
