Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. fresh or thawed frozen blueberries
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation

In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add milk, egg and butter.
Mix just until moistened.
Batter will be lumpy.
Gently fold in blueberries.
Spoon batter into 12 greased or paper lined muffin tins.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly brown.
