Crock Pot Deer Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Large Potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
6 Large Carrots, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
3 lbs. Deer or Beef, cut into 1 inch cubes
1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Paprika
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
3 Tbsp. Flour
1 Large Onion, chopped or sliced
1 Cup Condensed Beef Broth
1-8 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
Preparation

Layer potatoes, then carrots in bottom of crock pot.
Top with meat; sprinkle meat with soy sauce, salt, paprika, pepper and flour.
Spread with chopped onions.
Combine beef broth and tomato sauce and pour over all.
