Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add sugar, oil and vanilla; beat well. Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add zucchini, dry ingredients and nuts to mixture.
    Pour into greased and floured pans (1 tube pan or 2 loaf pans).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
