Fide'S Chile Colorado(Authentic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 dry red chiles (New Mexico or California, the large ones)
    12 to 15 medium size tomatillos, peeled
    2 lb. pork meat
    garlic clove
    salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. lard
Preparation
    Boil chiles and tomatillos for 5 minutes.
    Cut up the meat in small chunks.
    Brown until done in a large skillet with lard. Blend chiles, tomatillos, garlic, 1/2 cup water and salt.
    Pour blended mixture over meat and bring to a boil.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
