Stir And Drop Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs with fork; stir in oil, vanilla and rind.
    Blend in sugar until thickened.
    Measure flour; blend in flour, baking powder and salt.
    Mix well.
    Drop by teaspoon 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
    Flatten with greased bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
