Oven Panfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fillets (any panfish)
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    2 Tbsp. minced shallots
    1/2 c. white cooking wine
    1/2 c. breadcrumbs
    salt, pepper and cayenne to taste
    1/4 tsp. dill seed
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix the parsley
    and
    shallots together and sprinkle on the bottom of a Pyrex
    baking
    dish.
    Put
    the fish on top and pour the wine over
    it.\tMix the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and cayenne; sprinkle over
    fish.
    Set
    mushrooms
    on
    top and dot with butter, if\tdesired.
    Sprinkle
    dill
    seed\tover fillets. Bake, uncovered, in a 500\u00b0
    oven
    for 5 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes.\tBaste fish with pan juices.
